Baz is an arts and education consultant with strong links to the music education sector. His current work includes consultancy, programme management and partnership development for Britten Pears Arts; Singing for Health Network; Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and Walsall Arts for All. In addition, he is co-founder and general manager of the National Teachers' Choir.
