We're recruiting

Part-time Marketing & Comms Executive

Working from home

We're hiring!

We’re looking for someone with a deep commitment to inclusion and a talent for developing online communities through inspiring communications to undertake a part-time fixed-term role, working flexibly from home.

We understand how people with different lived experience can enrich the work we do and for this reason, we welcome and encourage applications from people from the Global Majority, those who identify as disabled, and people from the LGBTQIA+ community.

You are someone with the drive and determination to succeed in achieving increased web traffic and social media audience growth. You are able to create highly effective and persuasive email and social media marketing and comms and want to use your expertise to make a difference.

You will work towards a goal of making lasting positive change happen in the world of music education at a national level, influencing policy while also changing individuals’ attitudes and behaviours through targeted well-crafted comms.

The ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to work for a national organisation committed to nurturing an environment where educators can support everyone to connect, grow and thrive through music. You will be motivated by the idea of music education becoming much more inclusive because of the lifelong benefits it brings.
